HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO FIX A GAME?
This is difficult to determine without seeing the game, but we can give a range of what most games cost to repair (cost based on time). Generally speaking, 95% of all repairs fall in the $180 to $500 price repair range.

WILL MY PINBALL REPAIR REQUIRE MULTIPLE TRIPS?
Most of the time we can repair your pinball in one trip. No one likes return trips.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR YOU COMING TO FIX MY PINBALL?
Please have the area around your game clear of stuff. We will need to gain access to all five sides of the game (front, back, left, right, bottom.) Also please make sure the light around the game is working! Though I do bring my own light, having general light really helps a lot. If you have keys and manuals, please have them available.
HOW MUCH ARE PARTS?
Most of the time parts are reasonably priced for a pinball machine. There are some special parts that could get more expensive.
What are "pinball LEDs"? Why do I need them?
The simple answer is that a pinball LED is a replacement solution to standard incandescent bulbs that came with your pinball machine from the factory. With vibrant colors and brightness, pinball LEDs are an easy way to make your game look better than new!

DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?
We warranty all of our work for 45 days. If within 45 days you have a problem that is related to the previous repair, we will fix it, free of charge.
I HAVE LOST THE KEY TO MY GAME. DO YOU HAVE A "MASTER KEY"?
There really is no such thing as a master key. But we can usually get into a locked game without too much trouble.
I need a game repaired so I can sell it, what is the best way to handle this?
If you're wanting to sell the game, we may be able to buy it from you to save you the time and money fixing it. Contact us if you're interested in selling your game.
How long will it take to fix my game?
There is no easy answer for this. About 75% of all in-home repairs are completed in 2 hours but every game and repair job is different and would depend on work that needs to be done and parts (if any) that are needed.
I HAVE SEVERAL OLD BROKEN PINBALLS THAT HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR 10+ YEARS. CAN YOU FIX THESE?
